He then worked as SDO (Junior Scale) at Kanker, Chhattisgarh from 14 August 2014 to 3 September 2015. He was designated as Under Secy (Junior Scale) at School Edu Deptt, Raipur. On 1 January 2016, he was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer at Panchayats Deptt. In 2020, he was appointed as the fifth collector in Surajpur, Chhattisgarh.
