Television

In 2003, she made her television debut with the show K Street in which she played the role of Sophia Al Sabih. Thereafter, she appeared in various shows like Barney & Friends (2006), Shake It Up (2010), Melissa & Joey (2012), etc. In 2016, she came into the spotlight with Faking It in which she played the recurring role of Sabrina.

Thereafter, in 2018, she gained popularity for playing the role of Dr. Dahlia Qadri in the show Grey’s Anatomy. The iconic breakout scene, when Dr. Dahlia Qadri took off her hijab to help an emergency patient earned Sophia immense recognition.

Later, in the same year, she appeared in the shows Famous in Love, and The Mick.

In 2007, she made her film debut with Missionary Man in which she played the role of an American Indian kid. Thereafter, she appeared in various films like The Walking Deceased (2015), Everybody Wants Some!!
