Nishant Dahiya was born on 4 January 1991 (Friday) (age 29 years; as of 2020) in Mhow, Madhya Pradesh. His father is a retired Indian Army Officer, so during his childhood, he has travelled to various places across India with his father. He pursued B.Tech. in computer science & engineering from Kurukshetra University, Haryana. [1]IMDb Along with academics he also had an interest in modelling. So he auditioned for Grasim Mr India (2006), and he was graced as the first runner up and won the best smile and Mr Photogenic titles. Career
Nishant after completing his education pursued modelling in Mumbai. He began with various advertisements and TV commercials. After multiple advertisements, he tried acting as he was first given a chance by the Yash Raj Films.
Film
He made his acting debut with the Bollywood film Mujhse Fraaandship Karoge in 2011, in which he played the role of ‘Rahul Sareen.’ He went on to fetch roles in many movies such as Titoo MBA in 2014 in which he played the role of protagonist Titoo, Meri Pyaari Bindu in 2017, Kedarnath in 2018, Rat Akeli Hai in 2020, and 83 i.e. estimated to be released in the upcoming year 2021. He is said to play the role of the former Indian cricketer Roger Binny in the movie, who is also known to be ‘the leading wicket-taker of the 83 World Cup.’ The movie is more awaited by all cricket fans.
