Career
Jagadeesha Suchith started playing cricket at the age of 9 or 10 at the Mysuru Gymkhana club. Jagadeesha was also part of several age-group teams for Karnataka like U-16, U-19, U-22, and U-25. He has played for the South Zone team twice and even competed in Vijay Hazare Trophy 2014-2015 and for the Ranji Trophy 2014-2015. Several IPL franchises noticed his performance during the Karnataka Premier League and he was bought by Mumbai Indians before he could make his first-class debut. Mumbai Indians bought him for the base price of Rs. 10 lakhs. After his IPL debut with Mumbai Indians, Jagadeesha played his first-class debut game for Karnataka against Bangladesh A team and helped the team in winning the match. In 2019, he was bought by Delhi Capitals, and in 2020, Kings XI Punjab made a deal with Delhi Capitals where KXIP traded off Ravichandran Ashwin and received Rs. 1.5 crore and Suchith.

- After making his debut in the 2015 Indian Premier League, Jagadeesha played 13 matches for Mumbai Indians where he took 10 wickets which marked his contribution to Mumbai’s maiden IPL title.
- Jagadeesha Suchith played his first senior cricket match in the 2014-2015 Vijay Hazare Trophy against Punjab. He was playing for the team of Karnataka. In 2019, the team won the Vijay Hazare Trophy.
- Initially, Jagadeesha was benched when he joined Delhi Capitals but their right-arm pacer, Harshal Patel suffered an injury on his right hand. Suchith was added to the playing team as a replacement for Harshal.
