Indane Gas Booking Through IVRS

To give more benefits to LPG Customers, Indane Gas has recently introduced IVRS System to book their Cylinders. There are presently three languages options wherein customers can book or create a request LPG Gas refill Online.

The three languages are Hindi, English, and corresponding local languages. After you have selected the language option which you are comfortable in, follow the below given below steps to book Indane Gas refill through IVRS.

1. After the successful selection of language options, you have to provide the STD code of your location and the phone number of the distributor. For example, you have to give 040 if you are a customer of Hyderabad followed by your distributor phone number.
2. After the distributor number is provided, it will ask for your consumer number. You have to just provide only the numeric number from the consumer number. For Example, if your consumer number is APN2546 then you have to enter only 2546.
3. If you don’t know your consumer number, you can refer to your last cash memo or you can directly contact your distributor to get your consumer number.
4. In some cases, the IVR System will ask the Prefix or Suffix of your consumer number, if in case the distributor has two same numerical customer numbers.
5. Once you are validated by your consumer number through IVRS, the system will ask you to book a refill or other related options. You can have the options to refill, any other inquiries, or any complaints.
6. Once you have selected the refill option, the system will automatically generate a Unique reference number and it will be sent to your registered mobile number.
7. Indane Gas Booking is much easier to book in the IVRS booking system.

Indane Gas Booking Through Mobile App

The Indane Gass booking can also be done through your smartphone by using Indane Gas App. Indane Gas Mobile App works on both IOS and Android Mobiles.

The customers can download the App from the play store. Indane Mobile App can be used to refill cylinder requests, also you can place a request for a second cylinder. log a complaint, you can check the past history of refill cylinders and also you can surrender the connection.
