She made her debut with the movie Rambantu as a child actress in 1996. As a lead actress, she started her career with Neethana Avan movie in 2010. Aishwarya worked in different languages like Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Hindi languages.

In 2020, Aishwarya appeared in the Netflix web series Navarasa. The series was in the Tamil language. Other than movies and web series, she also did voice dub for the animated movie The Lion King.
