Remya Panicker was born on Tuesday, 14 February 1995 (age 26 years; as of 2021) in Alappuzha village of the Kerala state in India. Her zodiac sign is Aquarius. She did her schooling at a local school in Kerala where she actively used to participate in a various dancing competitions. She went to Kerala Kalamandalam University in Thrissur for completing her graduation.

Remya Panicker started her career as a model soon after completing her graduation. She has walked the runway for many popular designers and for shows like Indian Fashion League. She got a lot of fame and popularity as a model.

In 2016, during one of her modeling events, she was spotted by a Malayali filmmaker, who offered her role in his movie “Ore Mukham” which became Remya Panicker’s debut movie as an actress. The movie was a great hit and Remya got a lot of recognization for her acting skills in the movie. This opportunity proved to be a turning point in Remya’s life. She has worked in various hit Malayalam films such as Hadiyaa, Happy Holiday, Porinju Mariyam Jose (2019), Tiyaan, and the horror short movie ‘Deja Vu’.
Remya Panicker made her television debut in 2020 with the popular reality show Malayalam Bigg Boss in season 3 as a wild card contestant.
